A BALANCED VIEW
Too much unity: too little variety.
Creativity is smothered, whilst mistakes are oft-repeated.Too much diversity: too little integrity.
Commonsense is lost, as a thicket of laws springs up.Too much respect: too little vigilance.
Fatal flaws are overlooked.
Too much disrespect: too little forbearance.
